Babaji Ishaka, told the <br> court that the Odewale and others still at large committed the <br> offences on Feb. 7 at 1.00 a.m. at Federal Secretariat Area, Obalende <br> in Ikoyi area of Lagos. <br> "The accused had in his possession some cables belonging to an <br> electricity company and he was unable to give a satisfactory account <br> of how he got the cables.'' <br> </div>
