Court stops DSTV from implementing its price increase

Federal High Court in Lagos presided by Justice C. J. Aneke on April
2, 2015 granted an order of interim injunction restraining DSTV
Nigeria from enforcing its planned increase in cost of the different
classes of viewing or programme bouquet pending the hearing and
determination on the motion on notice.
The matter was adjourned for accelerated hearing to April 16, 2015
and further order DSTV to maintain status quo or the current pricing
regimes.
